Shipping and condition get an A Plus!! I have tried to make this one time, and it was not a success. I used a white cake mix with pudding added, thinking the pudding would cause the cake to be firm enough to stand. Did not work. I read later that a white cake mix even with pudding added is not effective in making 3D cakes stand. I will use a pound cake next time! I am not giving up on this pan; it's just a bit of a challenge!
