Last summer my daughter decided she was wasting money on buying cakes for different occasions. So mom bought her several different themes. This is a true Nordic pan. I purchased this one as it had the Nordic brand name. I have some of their products and have been well pleased over the years. She has yet to use it, but we have a baby shower coming up and she wants to use it for that. If it doesn't perform to our expectations, I will provide an update after she uses. I don't think it well be neccesary as I am sure it will do as well as others.
